At Sumukh, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased through our website.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak shopping seasons, promotional campaigns, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take additional time. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.

Processing an order includes order verification, quality inspection, secure packaging, and handing over the shipment to our logistics partner.

2. Shipping Coverage

Sumukh currently delivers products across India through registered courier companies and/or Speed Post, depending on the serviceability of the delivery location.

Delivery availability is subject to the courier network and serviceability of the destination PIN code.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Delivery location
Courier partner availability
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Public holidays
Remote or non-serviceable locations
Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

The delivery timeline provided is an estimate and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before the customer completes payment.

If shipping charges are applicable, they shall be payable by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable unless an order is cancelled by Sumukh before dispatch.

5. Order Confirmation & Shipment Updates

After placing a successful order, customers will receive an order confirmation on their registered email address.

Once the order has been dispatched, shipment details and tracking information (where available) will be shared through the registered email address to help customers track their order.

6. Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are requested to carefully verify all delivery details before placing an order, including:

Complete Shipping Address
Landmark (if applicable)
PIN Code
Mobile Number
Email Address

Sumukh shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs arising due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect address
Customer unavailability
Incorrect contact details
Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases, any re-shipping request shall be processed only after confirmation from the customer and may be subject to additional shipping charges, wherever applicable.

8. Delivery Delays

While Sumukh makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Heavy rainfall or adverse weather conditions
Public holidays
Government restrictions
Transport disruptions
Strikes
Pandemic-related restrictions
Courier partner operational delays

Sumukh shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances.

9. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

A damaged product,
An incorrect product, or
An incomplete order,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to info@sumukh.in.

To help us investigate your request, kindly provide:

Photographs of the package
Photographs of the product
A brief description of the issue

All such requests will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Order Acceptance

The responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.

11. Force Majeure

Sumukh shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its shipping obligations if such delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, war, civil disturbances, government actions, transportation failures, or disruptions in courier services.

Sumukh reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
